have you ever thought of searching the net for the word "musicability"????
well that's not exactly a real word but it is more of a term that a music theorist would use to express a complex and rather obscure meaning...
in my little and not-even-close-to-thorough research i came up with a by far uninteresting article written by another fellow blog musical challenger and bassist (if i'm not mistaken) who comes with the myspace-name "troy".the article talks about how some people can play music and others just learn by heart or practice some riffs that they just ramble on.in other words:there are those who can teleport themselves in that musical forth dimension and understand the pure real energy of music and the others who just sit there and listen!
